BLP Fall Racing Events
BLP and Orlando Speed World Dragway have been working hard to provide our local racers with a great way to race, have fun with competitive payouts at a great facility. We are currently focused on our schedule for the BLP NHRA bracket races and Quick 32 series for 2020. In 2020 we do have some additional surprises in store, we are adding a few more bounty events with a larger bounty and some surprises. We look forward to seeing you there and thank you for a successful 2019.Now some of the best racing is yet to come these November events are sure to have something for everyone.
Drag Strip Riot 3 Saturday November 2nd 2019
Orlando’s own BLP presents the 3rd year of heads up quarter-mile flag-start drag racing. Florida’s only, true nostalgia event. Front engine dragsters, funny cars, gassers, door slammers, street stocks and minibikes too. Special parking for vintage cars. Vendors and swap-meet (spots available on a limited basis contact me for more information.)
Gates open 8am
Track is hot 10-4ish???
Drivers meeting 11:40am
Noon Don Garlits Swamp Rat exhibition/cackle fest.
$15 General admission (kids 12 and under free)
$20 Show n Shine pit parking (driver and car, passengers extra)

THIS EVENT IS BEING PIGGY BACKED ON THE Dragstrip Riot & Jim Wahl super stock / sock race They are the main event we are the fill in race , everyone brags how fast your car is , so we shouldn't take much time then!!
YOU CAN NOT GET A TIME RUN BEFORE THE NO BULL RACE IF YOU WANT TO ENTER THE Dragstrip Riot , YOUR CAR HAS TO BE OLDER THAN 1979 NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO RUNNING THE EVENTS TOGETHER . AKA : no time in between rounds to fix , adjust ,cool down , and they will NOT wait for you . If you sneak into the staging lanes before the race and get a PASS OR time slip YOU ARE OUT , NO REFUND !

The granddaddy of all door slammer racing is celebrating its 26 years this November at the iconic Orlando Speed World Dragway. This is the event to attend for all drag racing fans. Whether you like Pro Mod, Radial, Index, or Big Tire, there is going to be a class to see. There may even be a few surprises in store for everyone. November 7-10 2019
